Last year, we at Gallery Naruyama introduced paintings by Dimitri Horta quoting the structures of a style of art known as Art Brut.
We are now pleased to announce a second coming, focusing on collage works by this Swiss-artist.
His works record the struggle of manipulation; his own existence colliding with the manipulated existence of others. These works have attracted an international audience, exhibited in Switzerland, Japan, Spain, Italy, Germany and Portugal.
Dimitri Horta was born 1970 in Lausanne, Switzerland.
After graduating in 1990 from the Art Academy in Luzern, Switzerland, he has had and participated in numerous shows internationally.
He now lives and works in Zurich, Switzerland.
